Nanaimo RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for 34-year-old Jack Lincoln Kelley, who has ten outstanding Canada-wide warrants stemming from allegations of sexual assault, unlawful confinement, and assault causing bodily harm, as well as breach of conditions.

An allegedly violent offender with outstanding warrants is believed to be on Vancouver Island.

RCMP investigators believe that Kelley may be hiding out on Vancouver Island but are not sure where.

Kelley is described as a six-foot-tall Caucasian male with a muscular build and a shaved head. He also has a number of tattoos.

Earlier today, Nanaimo RCMP issued a separate release requesting the public’s help identifying a man with a large beard and tattoos in connection to an incident last month, but did not provide a photo of the individual in question.

Const. Gary O’Brien told CHEK that an individual sought in relation to the incident in April is not Kelley and there is no connection between the two matters.

Anyone who spots Kelley is asked not to approach him, but to call 911 or the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345.
