The Pontiac Sunfire police are requesting witnesses contact them about.

West Shore RCMP say they are looking to speak to witnesses about a Pontiac Sunfire following a shooting in Langford that left one woman dead.

On March 6, shortly after 9:30 p.m., police were called to the 800-block of Arncote Avenue in Langford. They discovered a 40-year-old Angela Dalman had been shot. She later died of her injuries.

Friends have identified the woman killed in a shooting in Langford as 40-year-old Angela Dalman, a single-mother who leaves behind a 16-year-old son.

Thirty-five-year-old Anthony Dheensaw is facing a second-degree murder charge in connection with her death. He’s also facing another charge of attempted murder with a firearm.

Police said they want to speak to anyone who saw a light brown or gold 2002 four-door Pontiac Sunfire between 4:30 p.m. on March 6 and 9 a.m. on March 7 in the Greater Victoria and Saanich Peninsula area. Anyone who has dashcam footage or home surveillance footage is also asked to check to see if they captured the vehicle.
