Weather conditions affecting air travel for Harbour Air customers

Harbour Air says a number of routes have been affected by weather conditions Monday morning for travellers to and from Vancouver Island.

All morning flights, including the 9 a.m. departures, connecting Victoria and Vancouver Harbour have been shut down.

The 9:30 a.m. flight from Victoria Harbour has a possible weather delay.

The 8:55 a.m. flight from Nanaimo Harbour is also seeing a possible weather delay after the morning’s first two flights were cancelled.

The same scenario applies for the route coming from Vancouver Habour to Nanaimo.

The first two trips from Nanaimo Harbour to the South Vancouver terminal were also wiped out this morning, but the 9:45 a.m. flight remains on time.

The 11 a.m. from South Vancouver to Nanaimo is also scheduled on time after the first two morning trips were cancelled.

Harbour Air says there is a weather delay from Nanaimo Harbour to Sechelt at 9:30 a.m., with a weather delay at 9 a.m. from Sechelt.

The airliner reports no delays for travellers to and from Comox.
