Victoria’s Blue Bridge project getting closer to completion

Project manager says bridge should be finished by the end of the year. 

Victoria’s long running blue bridge replacement project is now back on schedule and on budget.

Project director Jonathan Huggett says the first shipment of steel parts for the bridge should arrive from China in July.

After that the parts will be assembled on site with the final construction phase running through the fall.

Huggett says, if every thing goes according to plan, the bridge will be finished by the end of the year.
