Police in Victoria are searching for Paul Seal, 50, who is wanted for breaching conditions in relation to a 2009 fraud case.
According to police, there were thirteen alleged victims in the case. There are several outstanding breach and related files Seal is wanted for and VicPD believe he is actively avoiding police.
Seal is described by police as Caucasian, six-feet tall (183 centimetres) with a medium build. He has short, greying brown hair and a grey and brown beard.
According to LinkedIn, Seal is the owner of the Victoria BC TODAY page and is active on many other local Facebook pages.
Anyone with information about Seal’s whereabouts is asked to call VicPD at 250-995-7654 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
