Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating a “high risk” missing 12-year-old girl last seen Sunday morning.

Evelyn Fripp was last seen in North Park at around 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning, police said.

Police said while they have no indication she is at immediate risk of harm, the circumstances under which Fripp has gone missing are considered high-risk.

Fripp is described as a 12-year-old Caucasian girl with long hair, one half dyed black, one half dyed purple. She is five-feet-tall and weighs about 120 pounds.

Two photos of Fripp have been provided by police. One does not show her dyed hair.

Police said Fripp’s family is very concerned about her wellbeing. Anyone who sees Fripp is asked to call 911.
