RCMP seek help to find missing Ladysmith man last seen in Duncan

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are asking for help to locat 25-year-old Frederick "Freddy" Seward of Ladysmith, reporting missing July 22.

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate 25-year-old Frederick “Freddy” Seward of Ladysmith.

Seward was reported missing July 22 and there have been no confirmed sightings of him since July 25.

Police say Seward was last seen in Duncan and is still believed to be in the area.

Seward is described by police as being 5’6″ tall and weighs 157 pounds with black hair, a goatee and brown eyes.

Police say he has a tattoo on the left side of his neck that says “Maddy”.

“Friends and family are concerned about Freddy’s well-being and would like to know that he’s okay,” North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP Cst. Neil Fabbi said in a release.

Anyone with information on Seward’s whereabouts is asked to call North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP at 250-748-5522 or Crime Stoppers.
