Missing man last seen in Port Renfrew found safe

RCMP have reported that Blaze Lupton has been found safe.

Mounties on Vancouver Island are hoping the public can help them locate a 30-year-old man who went missing on the last day of May.

Blaze Lupton, 30, was last seen on May 31 on the Pacific Marine Road, near Lizard Lake, in Port Renfrew on May 31.

According to the Sooke RCMP, Lupton may have been seen on June 3 in Port Renfrew and is thought to have been headed to Sombrio Beach with a blue and white cooler that he was towing behind him.

Lupton is described as a 6-foot-1 with shoulder-length red hair, and a red beard. He was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, purple hooded sweatshirt, beige cargo shorts, overtop of purple striped pyjama pants, black boots and a Bubba Gump Shrimp hat.

Anyone with information regarding Lupton’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Sooke RCMP at  250-642-5241.
