A young boy who was reported missing to the Comox Valley RCMP earlier this week has been found safe, according to police.
The 13-year-old was last seen in Parksville Wednesday, and on Thursday morning RCMP issued an appeal to the public to help locate him.
By Thursday afternoon, RCMP said the boy had been found.
“The RCMP thanks the media and public for their assistance.”
