Nanaimo RCMP seeks help to find missing 65-year-old Lionel Cayer, who was last heard from Sunday morning.
UPDATE: Lionel Cayer was found deceased on April 25, 2018.
A 65-year-old man has not been heard from since Sunday morning and is the focus of a search by RCMP in Nanaimo.
Police are seeking help locating Lionel Cayer who lives in Nanaimo and was last seen at 8 a.m. April 22.
Investigators say Cayer is struggling with personal issues and does not have his required daily medication with him, which has caused concern for family and friends.
Cayer’s truck was found parked at Westwood Lake on April 25.
Cayer is described as a white man standing 5’3″, 140 pounds with greying hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of a flower on his left hand.
If anyone has information on Cayer’s location, you are asked to contact Nanaimo RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
