Grizzlies clinch top seed, playoff matchups set

WATCH: The Victoria Grizzlies needed either a win, or a Powell River loss to seal top spot in the Island Division standings — they got both. 

Victoria will play the Alberni Valley Bulldogs in a best-of-seven first round playoff matchup, while the Powell River Kings will meet the Nanaimo Clippers in the two versus three seed matchup.

The 5th Place Cowichan Valley Capitals will crossover and play the Interior Division’s #1 seed Penticton Vees.
