A local business is offering a most unusual reward for the return of one of their prized possessions.
The giant inflatable football was last seen out front of the Tally-Ho Sports Bar and Grill in February, possibly the night of last year’s Super Bowl.
The manager had deflated the 30 foot/9 metre high rubber spectacle due to high winds and it hasn’t been seen since.
Even deflated, the ball would be hard to manage. It’s about 6-8 feet/a couple of metres long and weighing about 200 pounds or more than 90 kilograms.
Victoria Police were notified but the inflatable football has not been found, and the Tally-Ho is prepared to reward anyone who can get it back.
