Former Edmonton Oilers Captain now in charge of the Tri-City Americans

WATCH: After 1,200 games in the NHL, four-seasons as captain and two-time Stanley Cup champion as a player with the Edmonton Oilers,  Kelly Buchberger took the Tri-City Americans head- coaching job.

Buchberger had a stint last season as assistant coach of the New York Islanders in the NHL following 12 years as assistant coach, development coach and director of player development with the Oilers. Buchberger says he’s happy to back teaching the game he loves.
