Police in the Saanich Peninsula are hoping the public can provide them with more information after a fixed bike pump was stolen in Saanichton.
According to the Central Saanich Police Department, a fixed bike pump was recently stolen from the brand new bike and ride station on Mt. Newton Cross Road beside Fresh Cup in Saanichton.
Police say the pump is 26 inches tall and worth $750.
The pump was purchased by local Saanichton businesses as a gift to the community as part of the bike and ride project, police say.
