Another employee at a grocery store in the Cowichan Valley has become infected with COVID-19.

According to an updated notice on Loblaws Inc.’s website, a third person working at the Real Canadian Superstore in Duncan recently tested positive for COVID-19.

The employee last worked on Feb. 15, according to the company.

Sunday’s update comes days after the company reported that two other employees working at the Duncan store had tested positive for the virus. Those employees last worked on Feb. 12 and 13.

An employee working at the same location also tested positive for the virus back in January.

Ontario-based Loblaws Inc. is the parent company of both Real Canadian Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart.
