Westshore Rebels open training camp with holes to fill

WATCH: After a tough loss in the BCFC Championship game back in October, the Westshore Rebels took to the field for the first time this weekend, hoping to rebuild a team that lost many key players in the offseason.

With quarterback Scott Borden, running back Trey Campbell and offensive lineman Kent Hicks headlining a large percentage of graduating players from last year’s team, the Rebels are looking for new talent to fill out their roster for 2018.

Main camp doesn’t open until July, but many players from out of town made the trip to Victoria for this weekends first glimpse at the revamped Rebels.
