West Shore RCMP seek help to identify armed robbery suspect

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in an armed robbery in Langford Monday.

West Shore RCMP says around 4:20 p.m., officers went to the Liquor Depot at 2835 Bryn Maur Road.

Attending officers were told a male suspect entered the store showing a firearm and demanded money from the employee.

An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen and the suspect left.

There were no injuries

RCMP says the suspect is described as a light-coloured skin male, between 6′ and 6’4″ tall with a slim build and he was wearing a red hoodie with a white zipper, baggy pants and covered the lower half of his face with a mask.

West Shore RCMP is asking anyone who may recognize the suspect or know who it could be, to give the West Shore RCMP Serious Crimes Unit a call at 250-474-2264.
