West Shore RCMP searching for suspects after $3K worth of cosmetics shoplifted

The West Shore RCMP is investigating a reported theft of over $3000 worth of cosmetics that took place on July 3 at a Shoppers Drug Mart.

The store is located at 300-2945 Jacklin Rd in Langford and the reported incident took place at approximately 6:45 p.m., according to police.

Two female suspects were caught on security cameras allegedly shoplifting a “significant amount of high-end beauty products,” said West Shore RCMP in a press release issued on Tuesday.

The security cameras captured two female suspects being sought after by police, pictured below:

Police described the above suspect as South Asian, approximately 40- 45 years old, around 5’6 in height with a medium build and long dark hair.

The second suspect, pictured above, was described by police as South Asian, in between the ages of 20-25, about 5’6 in height with a slim build and dark hair. She was wearing a black puffy coat, dark pants and black sneakers.

Police are asking for anyone who might recognize the two suspected shoplifters in the photos to call them at 250-474-2264 or report anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
