West Shore RCMP and the Ministry of Children and Family Development are asking for the public’s help to locate and check the well-being of a woman and her three-week-old son.
RCMP says Stefanie Mansell and her baby, Knightly Mansell, left Victoria General Hospital prior to discharge at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 30.
Police say Mansell is a high-risk person to locate and there is a concern for the well-being of her and baby Knightly.

West Shore RCMP seeks help to locate 28-year-old Stefanie Mansell and her three-week-old son.
Mansell is believed to be in the Victoria area and has no fixed address.
West Shore RCMP says Mansell is 28-years-old, with brown or dyed hair, blue eyes and is 5’2″ tall and weighs 110 pounds.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Stefanie Mansell or three-week-old Knightly Mansell is asked to call 9-1-1.
