WATCH: Kelsey Foote travelled over two thousand kilometres to the small community of Kugluktuk to drop off over 200 pounds of lacrosse gear donated by the Victoria Shamrocks. Foote, the fiance of RCMP Constable Graham Holmes who died earlier this year in a snowmobiling accident, was motivated to gather equipment in her late fiance’s honour. Holmes was stationed in Kugluktuk and spent much of his free time helping out with the local youth lacrosse program.
