One day after issuing a public notice, a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant turned himself in to Victoria Police.
The notice was issued on Dec. 28, then he was arrested on Dec. 29.
Jamie Garth Hunt was the subject of a Canada-wide warrant for breaching conditions of his parole, while he is serving a life sentence for second-degree murder in 2007.
