UPDATE: Victoria Police say Russell Carmichael has since been found.
Original story: Victoria Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for Russell Carmichael, who is considered a high-risk missing person.
Carmichael was last seen on May 2, and is believed to be driving a mid-2000’s model Chrysler Sebring Touring sedan with the license plate PY 7128, pictured below. He does not have a valid driver’s licence and is considered not medically fit to drive.

Carmichael is described as an 87-year-old Caucasian man standing 5’10 and weighing approximately 185 pounds, with a slim build. He has shoulder-length white hair and unkempt facial hair. Russell wears glasses and has mobility issues with require the use of a scooter.
