Victoria Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man on a Canada-wide warrant who may be in Victoria.

Jesse McMullen is wanted because he did not return to a community residential community in Vancouver, according to police. However, they say he has previous convictions including armed robbery, robbery, assault, escaping custody and possessing weapons for a dangerous purpose.

VicPD say McMullen has connections to Victoria and it is possible he travelled to the city.

McMullen is described as a 26-year-old man with distinctive tattoos including a spiderweb and skull tattoos on the top of his head, a full neck tattoo with a shamrock over his throat, the word “family” on his chest and skulls on both his forearms, according to police.

They say he stands around five feet, seven inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds with an athletic build, with blue eyes and either a shaved head or short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue t-shirt, dark coloured running shoes and a black toque, according to VicPD.

Police say he is associated with a blue 2008 Mazda 3 with licence plate number NB2 77S.

If anyone sees Jesse McMullen, VicPD is asking them to phone 911. Or, to call the VicPD report desk at 250-995-7654 ext. 1 if they have information of his whereabouts.
