A man is in custody after a double stabbing that sent two to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries Thursday night.
Victoria Police Department received a call just after 10:30 p.m. and officers were dispatched to the 900-block of Pandora Avenue for a report of a large fight.
When officers arrived they found two men nearby with non-life-threatening stab wounds. These men were transported to hospital and a suspect reportedly fled the location.
Officers went back to visit the location of the stabbings on Pandora Avenue just after 5 a.m. this morning. Police found the suspect and arrested him.
VicPD said officers need to use a Taser to apprehend the suspect, who was then sent to hospital for assessment. Once cleared, the man was taken into Victoria Police custody cells.
The investigation into the double stabbing remains ongoing.
