WATCH: Lantzville’s Dylan Ferguson is going straight from juniors to the big leagues.
The recall is on an emergency basis as the Golden Knights have lost three goalies to injury through just 10 games this season.
The Golden Knights are now left with 24-year-old rookie Maxime Lagace and the 19-year-old Ferguson as their two goalies.
Vegas will likely try to keep Ferguson out of the net, but depending on the severity of the other goalies’ injuries and the play of Lagace, he could be thrust into action.
