Emergency crews at the scene of Saturday's Trans-Canada Highway crash in View Royal.
One driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision on the Trans-Canada Highway Saturday afternoon, according to the View Royal Fire Department.
The crash, described as a “rear-ender,” happened around 1:35 p.m. near Helmcken Road and resulted in significant traffic delays for commuters heading northbound.
BC Emergency Services, RCMP and fire crews were called to assist, with View Royal Fire telling CHEK News that at least one vehicle was towed away.
The scene was cleared up at around 3 p.m.
