Saanich Police Department confirmed Pat Bay Highway has reopened in both directions, following two collisions earlier this afternoon.
UPDATE:
Southbound Hwy 17 is open.
Northbound Hwy 17 is open.

The first collision was northbound Highway 17 at Haliburton Road, the second at Old East Road. According to Saanich police, in both crashes, vehicles left the roadway in rainy conditions.
Police said drivers should expect “lengthy” delays along the highway Monday.
