A morning traffic stop in Oak Bay resulted in the arrest of a 36-year-old man.
According to the Oak Bay Police Department, an officer conducted a traffic stop at around 8:35 a.m. on March 17 on Cadboro Bay Road.
Police say the driver of the vehicle, a 36-year-old man, was not only prohibited from driving but wanted on outstanding warrants.
The man was arrested and charged with driving while prohibited and his vehicle was impounded.
