Steve-O takes the stage in Victoria and Nanaimo this October.

A well-known stunt performer is returning to Canada’s west coast this fall to present his Bucket List Tour, with two stops on Vancouver Island.

Recently seen on the silver screen in the 2022 film Jackass Forever, Steve-O is ready to take the stage at Victoria’s Royal Theatre on Sunday, October 23, followed by Nanaimo’s Port Theatre on Monday, October 24.

Born Stephen Glover, he became a “cultural icon” during the 2000s with his outrageous, often surreal, stunts in several series of the MTV show Jackass and its spin-off movies and series, MN2S Agency says.

For his latest venture, Steve-O penned the book A Hard Kick in the Nuts: What I’ve Learned from a Lifetime of Terrible Decisions, set for a September release.

Tour organizers say audiences are in for a “highly XXX-rated, multimedia comedy show” featuring stunts “more ridiculous than what you already know Steve-O for.”

“Not for kids, or for the faint of heart,” according to a post on the Royal Theatre’s website, which states people must be 19 or older to attend.

Tickets for the Victoria show can be purchased via the Royal Theatre website, box office, or by calling 250-386-6121 starting this Friday, July 8 at 10 a.m.

For the Nanaimo show, tickets go on this Friday at 11 a.m. via the Port Theatre website, box office, or by calling 250-754-8550.
