SoundCHEK: Victoria appoints musician Kathyrn Calder as its new artist in residence

WatchThe City of Victoria’s “Artist in Residence” program allows the opportunity for a local artist to work side by side with city staff to enhance Victoria’s public spaces and elevate performance arts.
