Snowbirds release flying schedule for Comox spring training

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds will be in Comox for spring training between April 18 until May 12.

The Snowbirds have arrived in Comox for spring training, and have released the schedule for the team’s almost daily flights.

For April and May on Monday to Saturday, the Snowbirds will be making at least two daily flights in Comox with Sunday as a maintenance day.

In April, flights will be at 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. with a possible third flight at 3:30 p.m. as needed.

In May, they will fly at 8:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. with a 3:10 flight as needed.

The Snowbirds mention the flights and practices are subject to weather and operations. In fact, the Snowbirds scheduled second day of training was cancelled on Thursday due to the winds.
