WATCH: For the fifth straight season, the Victoria Shamrocks are headed to the WLA Final.
The Shamrocks defeated the Nanaimo Timbermen 11-7 in Game 5 of their WLA Semi-Final, winning the series 4-1.
The Shamrocks never trailed in the game, and outscored the T-Men in each period. For the Timbermen, their groundbreaking season comes to a close.
After making the playoffs for the first time in 11 years, the Timbermen went winless after taking Game 1 in Victoria.
Shamrocks will play the Maple Ridge Burrards in Game 1 of the WLA Final, a series which begins this upcoming Friday night at the Q Centre.
