Saanich police are searching for a missing woman last heard from more than a week ago.
The woman, 30, last spoke with her mother on May 28, when she was believed to have been at or near a beach, according to police in a release Monday.
“…it is highly unusual for her to have not returned home,” said police.
“Please help us locate [her]. [Her] family, including her young son, is very worried about her and would like to see her return home safely,” said police, pleading for help from the public.
