WATCH: In their regular season finale, the Victoria Royals fell at the hands of the Everett Silvertips by a score of 5-1 on the road Saturday night.
The Royals ran into trouble in the second period, as the ‘Tips’ scored three goals in the frame, two of which coming just twelve seconds apart.
Victoria would break the goose egg in the third, but that would be as far as the Royals would get.
Victoria finishes the regular season with a record of 34-30-2-2, and will await the winner of Tuesday’s play-in game between the Kelowna Rockets and Kamloops Blazers to determine who Victoria’s 1st round opponent will be.
