Rebels remain perfect at home, defeat Broncos 37-14

From start to finish, the Westshore Rebels owned both sides of the ball, defeating the Kamloops Broncos 37-14 at Westhills Stadium last night.

It was the early connection of Rebels quarterback Scott Borden to receiver D’Saun Greenaway that got the Rebels offence going. After a pair of field goals, Borden would find a diving Greenaway in the endzone for a beautiful touchdown, and then late in the half, the two would connect again, this time a 50 yard gain that would setup a Trey Campbell touchdown run to make it 17-0 Rebels after the first half.

In the second half, it was more of the same, as the Rebels offence torched the Broncos secondary on numerous occasions. Kain Stevenson would put the finishing touch on the game, by running 93 yards to the endzone for the final score of the game, as the Rebels improve to 5-1 on the season and stay perfect on home turf, as they defeat the Broncos 37-14.
