UPDATE: RCMP say that a Duncan-area teen who was reported missing last week has been found and is safe.
North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old female from Duncan.
Cera Qwulshemut was last seen on Tuesday, October 15 at 5:30 p.m in front of the Shoppers Drug Mart on the Trans-Canada Highway in Duncan.
She was wearing a black jacket, polka dot rain boots and was carrying a white backpack.
RCMP say family and friends are concerned for Cera’s well-being.
She is described as a First Nations female, 4’9″, approximately 100 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair.
