Raiders stall, Rebels regain confidence in BCFC action

CHEK

WATCH: The V.I. Raiders failed to uphold their status as the ‘top dogs’ in the BCFC, while the Westshore Rebels secured an important 4 points this weekend.

The Raiders fell to the Okanagan Sun by a score of 35-22, in a game that saw the Raiders defence constantly searching for answers.

Over in Langford, the Westshore Rebels survived a late barrage from the visiting Kamloops Broncos to win the game by a score of 34-20, behind a great first half from the offence.

The Raiders fall to 4-2 on the season, while the Rebels move to 3-2-1 and move up to third place in the league. The Raiders will head to Kamloops to take on the Broncos next weekend, while the Rebels will stay at home and take on the Langley Rams.
