Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly stole thousands of dollars worth of items from an apartment in Saanich.
According to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers, a man entered an apartment building in the 1500-block of Church Avenue on Aug. 20 and managed to allegedly steal countless items from vehicles and storage lockers.
“You made the decision that you needed to victimize people for your own criminal gain, but now we get to assist in ensuring karma pays you a visit,” Crime Stoppers said in a social media post dated Aug. 27.
Few other details about the incident were disclosed, but Crime Stoppers says the estimated value of all the items taken was more than $10,000.
