RCMP are on the lookout for a man who is wanted on four warrants out of Oak Bay and the West Shore.
Mounties are searching for 43-year-old Marshall Ian Ballard, who is wanted on one endorsed warrant and three unendorsed warrants for six charges – including three counts of theft of motor vehicle and three counts of possession of property obtained by crime.
Police say they are unsure where Ballard is at this time, but that he “is known to commit property crime offences throughout Vancouver Island and Calgary.”
Ballard is described as a Caucasian man who stands 5’10” tall and weighs approximately 159 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and has a tattoo of skulls on his left forearm.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call their local police, or the Integrated Municipal Provincial Auto Crime Team (IMPACT). Tips can also be sent to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
