Oscar is a 13-year-old Dachshund that was surrendered after he and his twin brother and best friend were attacked by another dog. Sadly, Oscar’s brother was killed and Oscar — who is quick to attach to his person — is hoping to find his forever family. Here’s Tess van Straaten with Pet CHEK.
