
VicPD is asking for information after a stabbing Tuesday afternoon that sent one to hospital.
Officers were called just before 1 p.m. to the courtyard of a community shelter in the 900-block of Pandora Ave. after a report of a stabbing. Officers located the victim, who was suffering potentially life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Having been transported to the hospital and receiving treatment, police say the victim’s injuries are now considered non-life-threatening.
Police describe the suspect as a 20 to 30-year-old man around five feet, eight inches tall. They say he had short dark hair and wore a black t-shirt with white lettering, black shorts and a black backpack.
