WATCH: The Peninsula Panthers Junior B hockey club host a car giveaway for a family in need.
The initiative began six years ago from local automotive companies coming together to fix up a written-off car to put back on the road, and give it away to a deserving family in the local community. This year, it was Tear’a Lyons and her family who took home some new wheels.
