Nanaimo RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for wedding bands and other items that were stolen from a Nanaimo home earlier in October.

Police said the break-in occurred between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 7 from a home in the 6000 block of Manhattan Way.

According to police, thieves entered the home via a sliding glass door and made off with the following items: a small amount of cash, personal identification, several watches, the couple’s wedding bands, 3 rings, a set of pearls, pearl earrings, and a grey Dell XPS 9570 laptop.

Anyone with information about the stolen items is asked to call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345 and quote file # 2020-36907.
