This is Colin the guinea pig and he’s keeping busy in the pandemic by keeping people smiling.
The rakish rodent from Maple Bay in the Cowichan Valley even has his own ‘Colin the guinea pig’ Instagram account.
Colin likes to drive his toy Jeep in the backyard and munch on watermelon.
Red bell peppers are his favourite veggie and the top makes for a jaunty little hat!
‘Chef Colin’ also likes to help cook up some breakfast and he also likes to help pet mom, Michelle Evans, with puzzles.
Michelle likes to take photos of Colin in all sorts of attire.
For example, there’s Shakespearean Colin and he also dressed up as the Easter bunny this month.
Colin even likes heading out for a beach day in Maple Bay.
He recently turned one-year-old and had a guinea pig cake made in his likeness.
We’d expect nothing less from a budding Instagram sensation.
