VicPD Community Services Division officers and the Investigative Services Division Missing Persons co-ordinator are asking for the public’s help as they work to locate Paul Martin Seal.

The 50-year old was the subject of a wanted notice on May 18th in connection with breaching conditions related to a 2009 fraud file that has 13 alleged victims.

VicPD say officers were briefly in contact with Seal, and that he made comments that caused them concern for his well-being.

They also believe he is actively avoiding police.

VicPD say that while Seal is still wanted on warrants, their primary concern is his safety and well-being.

Investigators also continue to reach out to those who know Seal to encourage him to contact police and verify his well-being

Seal is described as a Caucasian man, standing six feet tall with a medium build. He has short, greying brown hair and a grey and brown beard.

He is active on several local Facebook pages and is active online locally, and is known to frequent local businesses, including the Yates Street Taphouse and the Strathcona Hotel.

If you see Paul Seal, you are asked to call 911.

If you have information on where he is, you are asked to call the VicPD non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
