A 29-year-old man has pleaded guilty to charges in connection with a pair of violent carjacking attempts in Saanich earlier in March.
On the evening of March 3, 29-year-old Steven Anthony Michael Wilson
Two people were injured and several vehicles were damaged before bystanders were able to intervene and grab the suspect.
