Man gets out of vehicle on Nanaimo highway, pounds on window of another vehicle

A road rage incident on a Nanaimo highway over the weekend saw a man get out of his vehicle to pound on the window of another vehicle.

The incident, which happened Saturday on the Old Island Highway at Aulds Road, was caught on camera and sent to CHEK News. It shows a man pounding on the window of another vehicle, which was occupied by a woman, a witness says.

“I watched this lady get almost run off the road and then the guy tried to beat in her window today,” the witness told CHEK News in an email late Saturday.
