Victoria police arrested a man shortly after a pharmacy was robbed Wednesday morning.
Officers were able to catch the suspect a couple minutes after receiving a call of a robbery in the 1900-block of Richmond Road just after 9 a.m.
Police believe drugs were targetted at the pharmacy and the preliminary investigation has indicated no weapon was used.
There were no injuries in the incident and the man remains in custody.
The investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
