The Malahat has fully reopened after a two-vehicle crash shut down the southbound lane at Finlayson Arm Road, according to West Shore RCMP.
“Traffic is resuming as normal. Thanks for your patience as police and crews attended the scene,” RCMP said in a tweet around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
