If you purchased a lottery ticket in Victoria and Ladysmith recently, it may be your lucky day.
Two tickets sold on Vancouver Island have won $500,000 from Lotto Max’s MAXMILLIONS June 8th draw.
The winning numbers are 09 15 16 18 22 33 38 in Victoria, and 04 05 10 17 19 27 49 in Ladysmith.
Someone in Vancouver and someone in Ontario also won the two MAXMILLIONS prizes, bumping both down to $500,000 from $1 million — so that they can be split.
The odds of winning the draw are one in 28,633,528.
In Quebec, someone won Lotto Max’s Prize of $60 million.
When purchasing a Lotto Max ticket, players choose a set of seven number for three rows. Players can pay $1 for an additional row for the Extra prize.
